Three Viewpoints
In the introduction, Crowe claims that there are three ways one can view his work: scientifically, philosophically, and historically. What prompts human beings to initially look up at the sky (science, folklore/culture, awe, faith, etc.) may vary, but in my opinion, these three viewpoints are connected and interrelated. What about the "heavenly sphere" encourages thought in these varying fields?
